The claimant, Ronald Biddle, seeks judicial review of an administrative agency decision denying him unemployment benefits. The Office of Employment Security for the Louisiana Department of Labor determined that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment benefits because he had been discharged for misconduct connected with his employment pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:1601(2).
