OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Respondent Louis J. McCoy is before this court on a disciplinary matter for the third time since he was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in October, 1982. In 1985 we issued a public reprimand and placed him on probation for two years for misconduct involving a debt collection. On May 6, 1988 we indefinitely suspended him with no possibility of reinstatement for 18 months for neglecting client matters, misrepresentations to clients...
