Appellees, Denzil and Stephanie Cooper, brought suit against Bernard Leff, Seaside Industries, Inc., and Seaside Pools of Texas, Inc., appellants, seeking to collect on a prior judgment entered against Seaside Pools, Inc. The Coopers alleged that Leff had used the above-mentioned corporations to defraud them so as to prevent the collection of the judgment.
