Appellant appeals the district court's granting of summary judgment to appellee pursuant to Iowa Rule of Civil Procedure 237(c). We affirm.

On November 3, 1985, Jessie Healy was injured when a car in which she was riding collided with a car driven by Wilbur Molln. On January 10, 1987, Wilbur Molln died.
