DURHAM, Justice:

Defendant Cary Hartmann was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of aggravated burglary, first degree felonies under Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-5-405 (Supp. 1989) and 76-6-203 (Supp. 1989). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of fifteen years to life for each count of aggravated sexual assault and five years to life for aggravated burglary.
