BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of Aggravated Robbery. Appellant was indicted as a habitual offender. Appellant pleaded not guilty. The jury found the Appellant guilty of the offense and assessed his punishment at confinement for life in the Texas Department of Corrections. The jury found the enhancement paragraphs to be "true".
