By an Opinion and Order dated June 29, 1989 I found that plaintiff Peoples Westchester Savings Bank ("Peoples Westchester") is entitled to recover from defendants Jaime Ganc ("Ganc") and Ehrman Investment Group, Inc. ("Ehrman") the unpaid principal on a promissory note, $31,062.50, along with interest and costs of collection, minus a $1,265.86 credit. 715 F.Supp. 588
