The appellant was indicted by the Mobile County grand jury for robbery in the second degree, in violation of Code of Alabama (1975), § 13A-8-42. Appellant was convicted in a jury trial of the offense charged, and was sentenced under the Habitual Felony Offender Act to life imprisonment. This appeal follows that conviction.
