Crop-Maker Soil Services, Inc., (Crop-Maker) sued Fairmount State Bank (Fairmount Bank), claiming that Fairmount Bank defrauded Crop-Maker by omission and through misleading release of information. A bankruptcy proceeding originally included both Fairmount Bank and Crop-Maker as creditors.
