Robert Burnside was convicted in the district court for Bonneville County of possession of psilocybin mushrooms with the intent to deliver and of possession of methamphetamine. I.C. § 37-2732. The mushrooms and the methamphetamine were discovered in Burnside's automobile during a search pursuant to a warrant. On appeal, Burnside raises three issues.
