This matter arises out of plaintiffs' suit for defendants' alleged conversion of collateral and proceeds of collateral in which plaintiffs held a security interest. The suit was tried at law to the district court against two of the defendants, Tripoli Ag Center and Farmers Savings Bank of Frederika. The court denied plaintiffs any recovery from either of these defendants, and plaintiffs appealed. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand...
