Paul Glen Jasperson (appellant) appeals the judgment in his action against Jessica's Nail Clinic and Jessica Vartoughian (the clinic, Vartoughian or, collectively, respondents) by which he sought to enjoin them from refusing him a pedicure because he suffered from acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
