The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) appeals from the district court's1 judgment, entered on a jury verdict, that the Atlantic Community School District (Atlantic) did not commit age discrimination in deciding not to hire Thelma J. Parks (Parks). We affirm.
