Defendant Rueben Ross appeals his conviction for forgery, a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-501 (1978). He contends that evidence of his prior conviction for attempted forgery was improperly admitted, that the prosecutor's statement to the jury regarding the emotional condition of the State's primary witness was prejudicial, and that the evidence was insufficient...
