Appellant Renee ("Lisa") Drummer was indicted for distribution of cocaine, LSA-R. S. 40:967 A(1). Pursuant to a plea bargain she pled guilty to possession of cocaine, LSA-R.S. 40:967 C. The sentencing judge ordered a PSI and conducted a sentencing hearing at which Drummer testified. The judge sentenced her to three years at hard labor.
