We granted further review in this workers' compensation proceeding to consider the claimant's assertion that her attorney must be allowed to be present when the employer's counsel interviewed the claimant's treating physician. Because we find a workers' compensation claimant has no such right, and find no error on claimant's other assignments, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
