C.J. Warrilow, a designated representative of certain insurance underwriters at Lloyd's of London (hereinafter referred to as "Warrilow"), appeals from a judgment of $10,963,066.53 awarded to the heirs of Carlton Norrell, appellees, for damages resulting from Warrilow's alleged breach of good faith and fair dealing to its insured, William Kerr. Warrilow further appeals from the award of $8,080.48 for attorney's fees allegedly incurred...
