Irma Gloris, plaintiff below, appeals a summary judgment against her. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

As a result of construction in appellant's neighborhood, a segment of sidewalk, demarcated by barricades, had been removed. Appellant was familiar with the condition of the sidewalk, as she had on a previous occasion proceeded past the barricades and crossed the construction area.
