This appeal is from a judgment of the Daviess Circuit Court affirming the appellant's demotion by the appellee Board of Education of Owensboro from the position of elementary school principal.

The questions raised by the appellant on this appeal were thoroughly considered by the trial court in an exhaustive and well-written judgment. With respect to the first of these questions, we find ourselves in complete agreement with the trial court....
