OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

The trial court found appellant, Karl Prevo, guilty of the misdemeanor offense of official oppression and assessed punishment at a probated one year jail sentence plus a fine of $2,000.00. Appellant now complains of the trial court's judgment by nine points of error. We affirm.
