The defendant, Richard Donald Prestridge, appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) whereby the court granted the summary judgment as prayed for, finding against Prestridge for the principal amount of $2,400,000.00 due on the promissory note plus interest, attorney's fees and court costs.
