Frederick Lynwood Foley, appellant, was indicted for murder, arson and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. A jury found Foley guilty on all three charges. Foley's motion to set aside the verdict and his motion for a new trial were both denied. Foley raises four issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in refusing to excuse juror Hazel Allen for cause; (2) whether the trial court erred by admitting into evidence the hearsay...
