Appellants contest the trial court's October 24, 1987 determination that they did not comply with the Minn.Stat. § 145.682 (1986) requirement of expert review of medical malpractice claims. Based on the trial court's determination, the various respondents were dismissed pursuant to court orders issued between October 24, 1987 and January 30, 1989. On February 7, 1989, final judgment pursuant to Minn.R. Civ.P. 54.02 was entered...
