Kyong Cha Kim was convicted by jury of prostitution, a misdemeanor, and promoting prostitution, a misdemeanor, in the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula, Montana. Ms. Kim was sentenced to six months on each count, to be served in the Missoula County Jail, the sentences to be served consecutively. Both sentences were suspended.
