OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MILLER, Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury in a single trial on three indictments charging attempted capital murder and on two indictments charging attempted murder. The jury also assessed punishment as life imprisonment for each attempted capital murder conviction and 20 years imprisonment for each attempted murder conviction, the sentences to run concurrently.
