At the initial hearing in this workers' compensation case the Administrative Law Judge denied the appellant's entitlement to additional benefits. The Administrative Law Judge's order was affirmed by the full Commission. The Court of Appeals remanded the case to the Commission. See Wade v. Mr. C. Cavenaugh's and Cigna Insurance Company, 25 Ark.App. 237, 756 S.W.2d 923
