Appellant Charles D. Wilhelm appeals his convictions for assault in the first degree and assault in the second degree. Appellant was convicted after trial by jury and sentenced in accordance with the jury's verdicts to consecutive terms of ten years' imprisonment and two years' imprisonment respectively.
