NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

This is a products liability case. The plaintiff, appellant James Johnson, alleged that a table saw at which he was working was defective and unreasonably dangerous, and was the direct cause of an accident in which he lost four of his fingers. Johnson sued the manufacturer of the table saw, and the distributor of the product. The defendants brought a third-party claim against Gilbertson, Inc., d/b/a Dodge Feeder Systems, Johnson...
