HALL, District Judge.

Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Sections 2000e et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. Sections 621 et seq. (ADEA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. Sections 1001 et seq. (ERISA). Plaintiffs were dismissed from teaching positions with the Hallsville Independent School District
