Unfortunately, the final judgment rendered in this matter, which is now under review, must be reversed because of improper comments of counsel for the plaintiffs in closing argument.

The action in the trial court arose by the plaintiffs, husband and wife, suing the defendant alleging error in the maintenance of the area of the vessel wherein the accident occurred. This case involves a trip and fall aboard the Carnival Cruise Lines. The Rosanias...
