Thomas Andrew Brown, Jr., a 16-year-old, was arrested and charged by delinquency petition in the Juvenile Court of Cullman County with the murder of Robert Earl Sides. The State filed a motion seeking to transfer Brown to the Circuit Court of Cullman County for prosecution as an adult.
