Defendants, the District Court of Multnomah County and a district court judge, appeal from the circuit court's peremptory writ of mandamus

"commanding that * * * they shall promptly discontinue using [a particular] pretrial release agreement and to refrain from requiring the trial of [relator] Young [on criminal charges] to go forward in her absence. Further, defendants shall discontinue ordering trials for any criminal defendants...
