In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee (panel) has recommended that the respondent-attorney, Myles J. Dolan, be suspended from the practice of law for one year and one day. The panel recommended that the respondent be ordered to refund the attorney fees paid to him plus statutory interest.
