The state of Ohio has taken this appeal from the trial court's dismissal of an indictment charging appellee, Elmer Parsons, with cultivation of marijuana. During cross-examination at a hearing on appellee's motion to suppress evidence, the deputy who conducted the investigation refused to identify the informant involved upon being ordered to do so by the court.
