Appellant, Jeffrey Todd Newsome, was convicted, after a jury trial, of the murder of Kimberly Tabatha Vaughn and was sentenced to life imprisonment. Ala.Code § 13A-6-2 (1975).1 He appeals, raising 13 issues.
