OPINION

OSBORN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment in a worker's compensation case in which the jury failed to find that the claimant sustained an injury. We affirm.

According to the testimony of Margarito Montes, which was read to the jury from his deposition, he injured his back while working as a mechanic for Machen Contracting, Inc. His testimony was that on April 7, 1987, he was repairing the brakes on a "belly trailer...
