JERRE S. WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:

Kurt Raymer appeals his conviction for threatening a probation officer. He asserts three major claims: (1) that his confession was involuntary, (2) that the government improperly elicited evidence from his psychologist, and (3) that the statute creating the offense (18 U.S.C. § 115) does not apply to a retired official. We affirm.
