Clayton and Constance Tufte appeal from a judgment of restitution in The Travelers Insurance Company's unlawful detainer action requiring the Tuftes to vacate and surrender 250 acres of farmland. The unlawful detainer action arose as a result of the Tuftes' holdover of the property and alleged failure to accept an offer to lease agricultural lands within the 15-day time limit prescribed by statute.
