The defendants, Nicky N. Crocker and John Buck, were charged by bill of information with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967 A and 979 A, respectively. Both defendants pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, were found guilty as charged on each count.
