Plaintiffs-appellants, Michael A. Jackson II ("Michael") and his parents, Rosalynn and Michael A. Jackson, challenge the order of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of defendantsappellees, Donald L. Plusquellic, Mayor, Akron Recreational Bureau and the city of Akron ("Akron"). We reverse and remand.
