This is a worker's compensation case. Plaintiff, Joseph C. Colomb, submitted a claim to the Office of Worker's Compensation (OWC) for recovery of worker's compensation benefits for an injury he allegedly sustained in a work-related accident. The OWC denied the claim on the basis that plaintiff's injuries were not work-related.
