This case involves the collectibility of a deficiency judgment in favor of Federal Land Bank of Omaha (the land bank) following a sheriff's sale of land previously owned by Richard and Christina Lockard. Lockards claim the land bank lost its right to collect the deficiency judgment by waiting more than two years after the entry of the judgment. See Iowa Code § 615.1 (1987).
