This appeal involves the question of whether plaintiff's action for legal malpractice is barred under N.C.Gen.Stat. § 1-15(c). We hold that plaintiff's cause of action accrued more than three years prior to the bringing of suit, and that the statute of limitations was not tolled during the appeal of the underlying action which defendant allegedly was negligent in handling.
