In this diversity action for tortious breach of a confidential relationship and interference with contract, plaintiff Lynn Jordan appeals from a directed verdict in favor of defendants Ned Stuart and Shattuck National Bank. On appeal, Jordan contends that the directed verdict was improper because a reasonable jury could have found in his favor on both the issues of liability and damages.
