NYE, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of murder and made an affirmative finding on the use of a deadly weapon. The jury assessed as punishment seventy-five years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. By five points of error, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction, and he contends the trial court erred in failing to submit a requested charge on criminally negligent homicide, and abused...
