Claimant seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board order which affirmed the referee and held that Weyerhaeuser Company (Weyerhaeuser), and not EBI/Orion Group (EBI), is responsible for claimant's low back and disabling psychological condition and that claimant is not entitled to attorney fees for services before the Board. Weyerhaeuser cross-petitions, asserting, as does claimant, that the Board erred in holding it, not EBI, responsible for claimant...
