Following her conviction for conspiracy to manufacture phenylacetone under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and § 846, Ramona Jean Burroughs appeals.1 She claims that the district court's failure to give the jury an instruction Burroughs requested that defined the term "willfully" demands reversal.
