The Appellant, William S.W. Francis ("Francis"), sued the Appellees, Ramon Garcia ("Garcia"), and Johnny Johnson, d/b/a Johnny Johnson Backhoe Service ("Johnson"), for injuries received while working for his employer, Continental Mechanical Corporation ("Continental") resulting from the alleged negligence of Garcia and his employer, Johnson.
