In December of 1983, plaintiff Westminster Company (Westminster) and defendant Union Mutual Stock Life Insurance Company (UNUM) entered into a real estate purchase agreement (the first agreement) whereby UNUM agreed to purchase from plaintiff 7.49 acres and also an office, warehouse and showroom building to be built by plaintiff...
