After a trial on the merits of this action, the court made the following findings of fact to which defendant has not excepted. In December of 1983, plaintiff Westminster Company (Westminster) and defendant Union Mutual Stock Life Insurance Company (UNUM) entered into a real estate purchase agreement (the first agreement) whereby UNUM agreed to purchase from plaintiff 7.49 acres and also an office, warehouse and showroom building to be built by plaintiff...
