On May 19, 1989, we delivered our original opinion in this cause, affirming the trial court's judgment. Appellant Michael James White filed his timely motion for rehearing by which he correctly notices that we made several inadvertent errors, viz., that appellant's punishment was assessed by the trial judge rather than the jury, and that his sole point of error on appeal complained of the testimony...
